Hank Goddard
Managing Partner
Mr. Goddard has over 16 years of professional experience, including market strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking and line management positions in product development and project management. Over the course of this career, he has assisted private and public firms |
in all phases of development, including market growth strategies, operations
improvement, equity and debt funding, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr.
Goddard is currently an active Board member for three of Tremont Associates'
portfolio companies.
Prior to Tremont Associates, Mr. Goddard was a founding member of the
Industrial and Life Sciences Practice at Mainspring, a business and
technology strategy consulting firm that was acquired by IBM. Prior to IBM he
was a management consultant with Integral (merged with Analysis Group), a business strategy consulting firm founded by the Dean of the Harvard Business School. Earlier in his career, Mr. Goddard held line management positions in product development and product management with United Technologies Corporation and Mark IV Automotive. Mr. Goddard holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.

Troy Kenyon
Managing Partner
With over 16 years of professional experience in operational roles, strategy consulting and private equity, Mr. Kenyon has assisted companies ranging from Fortune 50 financial services firms to micro-cap software companies with all phases of their business including market strategy, |
product/service commercialization, structured financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kenyon recently served as interim CEO of one of Tremont's portfolio companies in the healthcare technology market, where in one year he tripled revenue.
Prior to founding Tremont, Mr. Kenyon led an industry-consolidation start-up targeting the industrial knife industry; was a founding member of the financial services practice at Mainspring, a business and technology strategy consulting firm (acquired by IBM); was the "Outstanding Consultant" for Renaissance Worldwide, a technology-focused strategy consulting firm taken private as Adventis; and launched his career in product and project management for Osprey Corporation. Mr. Kenyon holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School and a BSME from Tulane University.

David Cromb
Principal
Mr. Cromb has over 10 years experience working with entrepreneurs and executive teams to acquire and build a wide range of services, manufacturing and technology companies. He is involved in all aspects of Tremont’s business including identifying

promising investments, structuring and negotiation transaction, and working to build our porftolio companies.
Prior to joining Tremont Mr. Cromb worked with an investment banking boutique in Toronto, where he raised capital for growth companies and advised in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Earlier Mr. Cromb began his career in Prague, the Czech Republic, where he arranged financing for Czech-American ventures.
Mr. Cromb holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from McGill University.
